Whoa, you must be really dis-heartened =].
OK, here's what I would do:
I would just go to a store (preferably Game Stop or Best Buy, you know, any good store that's fluent in gaming ;P) and ask for a new replacement.
However, if you know a good and trustworthy website, then you could just get a new one (how to check for a good website it to see if they have many orderers, look for some things that are out-of-stock.) and buy one.
But, if you have the old PSP, then I would just get the new Slim and Lite =], but that's just me.
Here's a website that has a replacement screen for you (as long as it's not Slim and Lite. If you DO have the new PSP, then I would suggest going to one of the Stores I mentioned above):

However it costs about a fourth of a PSP.
